Following our heart searching for a new place, we found San Clemente, this beautiful town, where J'Adore Café will remain a cozy place, and will offer the community a high vibrational experience with organic and high quality ingredients following seasonal menus.
Cooking is an act of love. It is sharing feelings, energy, and using wisely the ingredients that Mother Earth gives us to nourish bodies and minds.

Tai has over 15 years of experience specializing in vegan and vegetarian food, with inspiration from places like France, Italy, and Spain where Tai’s heart sings. She has a degree in Nutrition Science, with specialization in Gastronomy and Management.
She’s excited to offer customers a healthy, inventive, and locally grown menu; additionally, unique culinary workshops, and personalized catering will be available.
Tai believes that we are here to live in harmony with nature, and prepares food full of life that creates harmony in the body.
Dan is a Master Sommelier graduated from Alma AIS in Italy; he is also certified by WSET Level 3, Advanced Wine & Spirits Education Trust in London.
With many years of experience in F&B management, Dan along with Tai Carballo, owned and operated two restaurants in Biarritz and Anglet, (Basque Country) France.
